Mohamed Niroze Idroos is a partner with IRB Law LLP and is a dual qualified lawyer in both Singapore and Sri Lanka.
He was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2011 and previously worked as a state counsel at the Sri Lanka Attorney General’s Department where his primary focus was on applications for judicial review. Niroze now spearheads IRB Law’s litigation practice. He is an experienced litigator who practices commercial and civil litigation, family law (including Muslim family law) and criminal defence representation.
Niroze has represented a wide variety of both corporate and individual clients in contentious matters over contracts, corporate governance, negligence, and property, and has extensive experience in high-stakes claims and defences, injunctions, mediation and arbitration. Providing effective and well-rounded commercial solutions, Niroze complements his litigation practice with transactional work.
