Amanda Tam


Amanda's practice primarily focuses on criminal defence and civil litigation. She also advises on Protection from Harassment Act and family matters.

Amanda is a graduate of Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws. She was awarded the Dean's List in Academic Year 2019-2020. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2021, she has since taken the lead on multiple High Court and District Court matters (notably, succeeding in the case of Kwan Weiguang v Public Prosecutor [2022] SGHC 121, the first High Court case dealing with an offence of reckless driving, punishable under Section 64(2C)(a) of the amended Road Traffic Act).
