Divya is a dedicated legal professional whose expertise spans civil and commercial litigation, specializing in contractual disputes, private client matters, and debt recovery. Her versatile practice also extends to community law, encompassing areas such as Will Writing, Probate & Letters of Administration, Criminal defense, Tenancy disputes, defamation cases, and POHA suits.

Before joining IRB, Divya honed her skills at mid-sized and Big 4 firms, where she gained invaluable experience in international arbitration, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. This background equipped her with insights into high-value corporate transactions and a comprehensive understanding of Singapore's intricate financial regulatory landscape.

Drawing from her diverse background, Divya's current practice includes not only litigation but also contract drafting and meticulous review of corporate and commercial agreements. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her attention to detail and ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

Divya holds an LLB from SMU School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2020. With an unwavering belief in the importance of equal access to justice, she actively engages in pro bono work, offering her expertise to litigants who lack the means to secure legal representation. Beyond her legal pursuits, Divya is deeply engaged in her community, assuming leadership roles and volunteering for initiatives that support the less fortunate. She is also dedicated to educational equity, providing low bono tuition to underprivileged students.
