改名契约（Deed Poll）
您可以通过改名契约在新加坡合法更改姓名。此改名契约需在律师面前签署宣誓声明，之后移民与关卡局（ICA）才会处理您的姓名更改。
凡年满21岁的新加坡公民或永久居民均可办理改名契约。若您是外国人，需向所属国家驻新加坡的大使馆或领事馆确认，是否允许根据贵国法规由新加坡律师办理改名程序。若您未满21岁，则需由父母双方代为签署改名契约。
组屋授权书（HDB Power of Attorney）
组屋局（HDB）授权书是一份法律文件，授权您（“授予人”）指定另一人（“受托人”）代表您处理与组屋相关的事务，例如签署文件或完成交易。
公证服务（Notary Public）
公证人负责见证、认证将在国外使用的契约、合同及其他法律文件的签署，并出具带有签名与公证印章/钢印的正式证明文件。服务包括见证授权书及其他法律文件的签署、认证文件原件与副本的真实性等多项服务。
宣誓官服务（Commissioner for Oaths）
宣誓官的职责是为法律文件主持宣誓或确认声明。这包括在新加坡法院使用的宣誓书（affidavits）以及法定声明（statutory declarations）等文件上进行宣誓或确认程序。
债务追讨（Debt Recovery）
