我们的公证服务
IRB Law 在新加坡各办事处提供以下公证服务：
- 就任何需在新加坡境外使用的法定声明（statutory declarations）进行宣誓或确认（oaths or affirmations）
- 见证并证明文件签署
- 核实并证明文件签署人的身份
- 证明文件原件与真实副本（例如：出生证明、结婚证、驾驶执照、护照、学历证书和公司文件）
- 向新加坡法律学院（Singapore Academy of Law，简称 SAL）申请认证（apostille）
- 向外交部及各使领馆办理领事认证/合法化（legalisation）
此外，我们还提供将公证服务带到您门前的上门服务，以节省您的时间并提供个性化服务。我们建议在与公证人会面前与我们联络，以便获取费用报价并安排合适的公证时间。
公证费用
在新加坡，大多数公证费用由《Notarial Public Rules》附表一（First Schedule）规定，主要包括：
- 见证一人签署文件 — $40
- 见证第二人签署 — $20
- 见证公司签署（含声明和附件） — $150
- 证明原件真实副本（不需盖章）— 首页 $5，后续每页 $1
- 证明原件真实副本（需盖章）— 首页 $10，后续每页 $2
此外，新加坡的公证人依法需为每份经公证的文件出具一份公证证明（notarial certificate）。根据 Notarial Public Rules，公证证明的费用为每份文件 $75。
同时，新加坡的公证程序还包括由新加坡法律学院（SAL）对所有经公证文件进行的强制性认证（SAL Authentication）。SAL 的认证费用为每份文件 $87.20。
公证程序
签署文件的公证程序包括核实签署人的身份、确保其理解所签署内容、见证其签字，并加盖公证人印章及出具公证证明。
在证明文件为原件真实副本的情形下，公证人会将原件与副本进行对照，按照要求在副本上签署并决定是否盖章。
出具公证证明
自 2017 年 2 月起，新加坡规定每份经公证的文件必须附有公证证明。公证人在公证过程中会出具公证证明并加盖签名、印章与印记。
SAL 认证
自 2019 年 10 月起，新加坡的公证流程包括新加坡法律学院（SAL）的强制性认证程序。公证人会将经公证的文件及公证证明一并提交至 SAL，以在同日或下一个工作日加贴 SAL 的认证证书。
我们的上门公证服务
IRB Law 的上门公证服务将公证事务带到您门前，为您提供节省时间的便利和个性化照顾。我们的上门服务包括：
- 文件取件：我们可到您的办公室、住处或其他地点取走原件以办理真实副本认证，费用最低化。
- 视频见证：IRB Law 可为宣誓书（affidavits）提供视频见证服务。
- 文件送达：公证完成后，我们可将经公证的文件、包含公证证明与 SAL 认证的文件送达至您指定地点，费用低廉。
请注意，目前视频见证仅适用于宣誓书（affidavits）；其他公证服务仍须亲自到场办理。如客户需要，我们的公证人可应要求在场外进行公证，但须视可用性并可能收取额外费用。
