Zhen Yang is a disputes lawyer with significant experience in family litigation, criminal defence, and civil and commercial disputes. His commercial background allows him to understand the practical and financial realities underlying clients’ disputes, particularly where business interests, asset division, or financial evidence are involved.

Family & Children

In his family law practice, Zhen Yang acted in contested ancillary matters involving substantial disputes over asset division, maintenance, custody, care and control, and access.

He has represented clients in acrimonious parenting disputes and has advanced arguments for shared care and control where appropriate and consistent with the child’s best interest.

His family litigation experience also includes complex Personal Protection Order proceedings, including matters proceeding to trial.

Zhen Yang holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics and Finance.
