I.R.B. Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. provides a suite of corporate services to corporate and individual clientele of I.R.B. Law LLP.

Introduction

There are different types of entities incorporated in Singapore, namely, private company limited by shares, public company limited by guarantee, public listed and unlisted company limited by shares. The prevailing corporate tax rate is 17% and there are tax exemptions for newly incorporated entities in Singapore which are Singapore tax residents.

On the other hand, a foreign company (also known as the Head Office) can register a branch in Singapore. Tax and other factors in the Head Office’s home country play a role as to whether registering a branch in Singapore is more feasible.
