Joshua Quek

Joshua Quek is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice at I.R.B. Law LLP. He has acted as counsel in a wide spectrum of civil and commercial matters before the Singapore Courts, including the High Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining I.R.B. Law LLP, Joshua was a Senior Associate at a Big Four law firm in Singapore, where he was involved in several notable civil cases at the appellate level. His practice reflects a deep commitment to delivering practical, tailored solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.

Joshua’s practice spans complex disputes involving, inter alia, contractual claims, shareholder and trust disputes, employment matters, conspiracy claims and breach of fiduciary duties. He also regularly advises and acts in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and in family law matters including contentious matrimonial disputes.

Joshua’s experience extends beyond advocacy to advisory work, where he provides strategic legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters. His advisory portfolio includes corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment law issues, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
