Vicneshri Vicnaysen

Vicneshri is an experienced litigation lawyer whose practice spans a broad range of contentious matters, especially in Family Law, Wills and Probate matters and Personal Injury claims. She graduated from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017. Her practice includes:

• Family Law: Divorce, division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, child custody, care and control, access, and other matrimonial and family-related proceedings.
• Personal Injury: Road traffic accident claims, industrial accident claims, dependency claims, and related negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Wills and Estate Planning: Drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as advising on estate planning matters.
• Probate and Estate Administration: Probate applications and matters relating to the administration and distribution of estates.
