Crystal Lum

Crystal Lum was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2021 and graduated with Second (Upper) Class Honours from the National University of Singapore in 2020. Her primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation in both the High Court and the State Courts, ranging from interlocutory applications to trials. Her dispute resolution experience includes tort, disputes relating to contract, construction and bankruptcy.

Besides commercial litigation, Crystal has also represented clients in the Community Justice and Tribunals System, including matters relating to employment and harassment. She completed her pupillage at a prominent construction law firm where she also assisted in construction adjudications
under the Security of Payment Act.
