Aidil exemplifies this principle through his unwavering dedication to service, personal growth, and helping others. After 19 years of distinguished service in the military, where he last served as a senior military officer, he transitioned into the legal profession, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience, strategic thinking, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Aidil graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. His academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a Minor in Business from Nanyang Technological University and a Postgraduate Specialist Diploma in Learning and Instruction from the National Institute of Education. These credentials, coupled with his legal training, reflect a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and an ability to tackle complex challenges with precision, structure, and strategic insight.

Aidil’s qualifications as a certified paracounsellor, with a Certificate in Basic Counselling, enhance his ability to connect with clients on a personal level. This unique blend of technical expertise, legal acumen, and compassionate understanding shapes his holistic approach to legal practice.

Currently a lawyer at I.R.B. Law LLP, Aidil applies his diverse skills to advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Fluent in English, Malay, and Bahasa Indonesia, he ensures that clients receive clear, practical, and empathetic solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Areas of Practice

Aidil has a broad range of experience in family law, including Syariah and civil divorce matters, child custody and access issues, and matrimonial asset division. He also advises on personal protection orders, maintenance, and enforcement of maintenance orders. Additionally, Aidil assists clients with guardianship and deputyship applications, estate planning, will drafting, and the administration of estates. He also has experience in criminal law, including pre-charge representations and trial procedures.
