Muhammad Aadil bin Dafir

Aadil graduated with a Juris Doctor from Singapore University of Social Sciences and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021. His area of practice include family, Syariah, probate, and criminal matters and matters before the Strata Title Boards amongst others. Aadil has appeared before the High Court, the State Court, the Family Justice Court, the MUIS appeal board, and the Syariah Court and the Tribunal at the Strata Title Boards.

 

With a passion and foundation in family law in both the Syariah Court and the Family Justice Court, Aadil specialises in a wide array of family law matters, including personal protection orders, divorce proceedings, maintenance claims, child custody and care and control disputes and division of matrimonial assets amongst others. He also successfully defended an application for the recusal of a judge and also argued in committal proceedings in the Family Justice Courts.

 

Aadil has represented clients in both the State Courts and the High Court in criminal matters. Aadil is dedicated to guiding the client through the complexity and uncertainty of legal proceedings.

Aadil has also succeeded in matters before the Strata Title Board in relation to water leakage and also common property disputes amongst others.

Aadil has also represented Clients in Protection of Harassment Act cases and aims to provide guidance to his clients and to protect their interests.

Aadil strives to provide clear communication and strategic advice throughout the legal process.

Aadil is an active volunteer at legal clinics including Jamiyah Singapore. He has given talks with Probono SG on Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, and also at PPIS on child maintenance in his dedication to improving access to justice.

Additionally, Aadil also graduated with honours in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 2010.
