Even if you don’t provide us with any information in your submission at all, our team will contact you via telephone to obtain more details and then assign your matter to the most appropriate IRB lawyer to contact you.

We try to contact you within 1 working day, or at the date/time you may have specified in the submission. If your situation is particularly urgent, you may wish to reference this in the form and we will do our best to treat your matter with the required priority.

If you have a specific lawyer whom you wish to consult, please let us know.

Otherwise, it will depend on your specific situation, as outlined in the form submission you send us. If your matter is about employment for example, then we will assign this to a lawyer with expertise in employment law. Likewise if your matter relates to divorce, we would assign this to a lawyer with expertise in matrimonial issues. All lawyers however will be full time employees of IRB Law LLP.

You just need to complete the form above, provide us with details of the questions or problems that you have, and pay $260 via our secure online payment system. We’ll review your submission details and then assign your matter to the most appropriate IRB lawyer to contact you.

The lawyer will advise you on your legal rights and obligations, and where necessary will provide you with practical solutions to your situation.

Unlike some other consults, we don’t time restrict your consultation, the lawyer will listen to your situation and provide some initial advice and next steps (where applicable). Some consults may take 15 minutes, others may take longer, but we retain a flat fee of $260 for all phone consults.

It depends slightly on when you complete your submission, our typical working hours are 9:30am – 6pm [Mon – Fri] and whether or not you specified a date and/or time for us to call you.
